Receptionist

We are looking for a motivated and professional receptionist to join the team at Cruiser Mogador Hospitality located in the heart of Essaouira. If you are passionate about hospitality, have a keen sense of customer service, and want to work in a welcoming and refined environment, this opportunity is for you.

Main Dutiesː

Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist them throughout their stay
Carry out check-in/check-out formalities
Respond to guest inquiries by phone, email, or in person
Provide information about Cruiser Mogador services and local attractions
Manage reservations and room schedules
Collaborate with other departments to ensure an optimal guest stay
Handle any guest complaints or special requests

Required Qualificationsː

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Fluent in English (other languages ​​are a plus)
Knowledge of IT tools and property management software (ERP/PMS)
Plain presentation, professional attitude, and attention to detail
Ability to work in a team, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and remain calm under pressure
